Our Skilled Nursing care plan also offers specialty services for patients who require additional attention. All services are provided under the direction of your physician. Kinetic Home Health only hires or contracts certified and licensed professionals to care for our patients.
Physician Therapy: A therapist’s goal is to restore strength and coordination of muscles through specific exercise, range of motion tests and gait training.
Occupational Therapy: A therapist’s goal is to restore upper body strength, fine motor skills and activities of daily living through promoting patient independence.
Speech Therapy: A therapist’s goal is to restore communication when impairment has resulted from illness or injury.
Medical Social Worker: Social workers help families with emotional, social, community contacts or community resource planning.
Certified Nursing Aides: Nursing aides assist our patients with personal care and grooming needs. Under RN supervision, aides perform bathing, skin care, oral hygiene and self care to promote patient independence.
